Appledown Projects is looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on an exciting rural conversion scheme near Winchester – a great opportunity to work across a genuinely varied programme.
The role:
Fixed-term contract, up to 12 months
Immediate start
Full-time, site-based
What you’ll be doing:
Day-to-day site supervision and subcontractor coordination
Ensuring H&S compliance across all site activities
Programme and quality control, liaising closely with the Project Manager/QS
Acting as the on-site point of contact for the client and design team
What we’re looking for:
5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager
SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness, and Temporary Works Coordinator qualifications
IT literate, with experience using construction management software (Procore experience preferred)
Full UK driving licence and own transport
