Manufacturing Engineer – NPI & OpEx Innovator

Abaco Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join the Manufacturing Engineering team in Towcester. You will design, develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes ensuring high-quality production of mission-critical technology.

You will lead process improvements, support NPI activities, and collaborate across Engineering and Operations to drive quality, cost reduction, and operational excellence.
