Senior Equipment Engineer – High-Vacuum Systems

Leonardo UK is seeking a Senior Equipment Engineer to join the onsite Equipment Engineering team in Southampton. The role involves maintaining, calibrating and repairing complex vacuum and semiconductor equipment, with a focus on uptime and hands-on problem solving.

You will lead maintenance tasks, support design and build of test solutions, and mentor less experienced teammates while ensuring health, safety and regulatory standards are met at all times.
