Family Group Conference Coordinator: Empower Families

Lancashire County Council is seeking a Family Group Conference Coordinator to facilitate conferences, engage with children and families, and develop safety-focused, sustainable plans. The role covers North Lancashire, with flexibility to work across Central Lancashire as needed.

You will work with children, young people and their families, using mobility mapping, circles and genograms to strengthen lifelong connections and support networks.
