Phorest is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to shape our global non-tech hiring strategy. You will partner with senior leaders across Europe and North America, delivering scalable recruitment approaches while enhancing employer branding and DEI efforts.

You’ll oversee end-to-end non-tech hiring, map markets, and build diverse talent pools to support Phorest’s growth. This role is remote-friendly with a hybrid setup and a strong focus on candidate experience.
