School Catering Manager: Lead Food Service & Budget

Thomas Franks Ltd is seeking a Catering Manager to lead the team at its Musselburgh site, delivering high-quality food and service for students and staff. You will work closely with the Head Chef and Operations Manager to ensure daily catering runs smoothly, within budget and in line with the company standards.

You will manage day-to-day operations, develop the dining offer and monitor quality, safety and compliance across the site, including special dietary requirements and peak periods.
