South London Area Sales Manager — Flexible Hours

Teya is expanding its UK team and is seeking an Area Sales Manager to scale the Independent Sales Consultant channel across South London and the South East. This field-based role reports to a Regional Sales Manager and partners with the wider channel team to coach ISCs from their first week to independence.

You will lead a commission-based sales network, drive regional revenue, and build a high-performing, resilient sales operation with strong field presence and data-driven decision making.
