Field HRBP – Care Homes (12m FTC)

Maria Mallaband Care Group Ltd is seeking a People Business Partner to provide HR support to our Care Homes in Central London on a 12-month fixed-term basis. A driver is required due to travel between sites.

You will advise leadership teams on people issues, help develop and implement the People Plan, and drive cultural change while balancing strategic and operational delivery. CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is essential, with strong ER and employment law expertise.
