Crisis Housing Triage Specialist

Westmorland and Furness Council is seeking a Triage Officer within Communities, Place and Economy. Following a housing team restructure, you will be the first point of contact for customers in crisis and work with Homelessness Service to provide robust triage and helpful advice.

You will need to be highly organised, with excellent communication skills, and be comfortable engaging with vulnerable adults and families while partnering with statutory and non-statutory agencies.
