Warehouse Shift Leader — Lead, Train & Grow

Lidl GB is seeking a Shift Leader to help run operations in our warehouse, leading by example and guiding daily shifts from 04:30 to 14:30. You’ll train new starters and support your team to deliver excellent teamwork.

This 40-hour per week contract offers a salary of £30,000–£37,000 with 30–35 days’ holiday (pro rata), a 10% in-store discount and ongoing training to help you grow in your career at Lidl.
