Airport Retail Duty Manager

SSP UK & Ireland is seeking a Duty Manager for M&S Simply Food at Stansted Airport. The role pays £15.75 per hour, with an extra uplift for night hours, and a 40-hour full-time pattern. Shifts run across early mornings, weekdays, weekends and public holidays.

You will open and close the unit, lead a busy team, ensure excellent customer service, and monitor performance to identify improvements, while keeping energy high and the atmosphere positive.
