Senior Commercial Manager – Homebuilding Projects

Crest Nicholson plc is recruiting a Commercial Manager for its Eastern Division. You will oversee cost management, procurement and payment of subcontractors on large-volume developments from pre-operational stages through final accounts.

Essentially, you will identify subcontractors, negotiate contracts, prepare documents and maintain budgets while ensuring compliance with company procedures and safety policies.
