Part-Time Shift Manager — Food Service Leader

Churchill’s in Billericay is seeking a Shift Manager on a part-time basis (25-30 hours) with pay in the £12.71–£13.71 per hour range. You will help run shifts, cook to high standards, and ensure excellent customer service in a busy kitchen environment.

You’ll work with the management team to meet KPIs, follow health and safety policies, and motivate staff. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you progress in your food career with Churchill’s.
