Commercial & Planning Lead – Estimating & Cost Control

PD&MS Group is seeking a Business Services Manager to provide leadership across Estimating, Cost Management, Planning and Commercial functions for the contract in Grangemouth. You will ensure compliance with client and company processes and authority requirements throughout the contract lifecycle.

The role oversees document control, estimating, cost, and planning teams, while driving risk management, schedule integrity, and KPI performance improvements.
