Retail Deputy Manager: Lead Teams & Elevate Service

WHSmith is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a team on the shop floor, delivering excellent customer service while driving sales and maintaining store standards. You will role-model engaging leadership, develop colleagues and ensure compliance with health and safety and trading policies.

You will work closely with Head Office to feed back local opportunities, support community involvement and help the store achieve its targets.
