Beef Supply & Forecasting Coordinator

Flat Iron is seeking a Beef Co-Ordinator to join our Beef Team and help keep steaks flowing into our restaurants across the UK. You’ll be organised, detail‑driven and eager to own practical procurement and forecasting tasks.

In this fast‑paced, collaborative role you’ll work with the Beef Lead, restaurant teams, suppliers, and Finance to manage volumes, allocations, credits, and data‑driven planning. You’ll grow into procurement activities and continuous process improvements.
