Automotive Service Advisor: Elevate Customer Care

Catering is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to join our commercial vehicle workshop in Reading. The role involves handling customer calls, booking service slots, and keeping the workshop’s service planners up to date.

You will invoice customers, process payments, and keep clients informed about repair progress. A background in the motor industry and good computer skills are preferred; Kerridge ADP experience is a plus.
