Job Description:
HBNL is seeking a commercially driven Quantity Surveyor to join our PMO team, based in Edinburgh or Inverness, to support major fibre network builds. You will oversee commercial management from inception to completion, ensuring projects stay within budget and meet contract requirements.
You will work with Programme Managers, delivery teams and partners to drive efficiency, manage risks, and deliver high-quality commercial outputs across large-scale infrastructure.
