Supply Chain Customer Ops Coordinator (6–9 Month Contract)

Ferrero is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Supply Chain) to join our Customer Operations team on a 6–9 month fixed-term contract. You will coordinate day‑to‑day order processing, monitor deliveries and work with third‑party logistics partners to keep customers informed and service levels high.

You’ll collaborate with Commercial, Demand Planning and Finance to ensure accuracy, timelines and issue resolution, while supporting returns and order management.
