Customer Experience Lead – Insurance (Halifax)

Zego, a leading commercial motor insurer in the UK, is hiring a Customer Service Executive to support customers by phone, email, and LiveChat. The role provides a minimum of 15 hours per week from our Halifax office.

You will handle inquiries, assist with claims and post-sale questions, log details in ShareDo CRM, and build product knowledge to deliver empathetic, high-quality service. Weekend work (Sat/Sun 9am-5:30pm) is required.
