Deputy Manager, Social Care – Lead & Develop Teams

Bridge Support in Essex is seeking a Deputy Manager to assist the Manager in the day-to-day running of the service and deputise in their absence. You will also be part of the Essex on-call rota and contribute to person-centred support, risk assessments and reviews.

We require managerial experience in the social care sector. This full-time role (37.5 hrs, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm) is based across our Sandpit Lane and Pavilion Court sites, with pre-screening telephone interviews and a face-to-face
