Hot Tub & Leisure Team Lead

Away Resorts Ltd in the Isle of Wight is seeking a strong leader to champion our brand and its unique workplace culture within the Hot Tubs department year-round. You will support the department Manager, lead a small team, and ensure safety policies are followed at all times while delivering the very best guest experience across pools and leisure on and off peak.

You’ll be proactive, hands-on, and flexible, ready to help on bank holidays and to cover in the Leisure Team as needed to keep guests
