Creative Relief Chef Manager – Aberdeen & Surroundings

Thomas Franks Ltd. is seeking a Relief Chef Manager to cover Aberdeen and surrounding areas. The role requires leading fast-paced kitchens, producing menus from fresh, seasonal ingredients, and maintaining high food hygiene standards.

Based around Aberdeen, you will cover holidays and sickness, mobilisations, and provide leadership across locations. A City & Guilds 706/1/2 or equivalent and Level 3 Food Hygiene are essential, with a strong focus on costings and client service.
