What we’re looking for

We’re interested in individuals who can demonstrate

• Proven experience delivering change, transformation, or regulatory programmes within financial services
• Strong understanding of Asset & Wealth Management environments (e.g. investment management, wealth management, pensions, institutional and retail client servicing, transfer agency, investment operations, front/middle/back office, or investment platform transformation).
• Ability to operate effectively across business and technology team
• Experience working within complex, fast-paced delivery environmentA pragmatic, delivery-focused mindset with strong stakeholder engagement skills
