Stoke Transport Manager: Driver Compliance & Ops Lead

Sharpsmart UK is expanding its Stoke-on-Trent team and seeks an experienced Transport Manager to lead depot operations. You will manage driver and vehicle compliance, optimise collections, and drive new services and customer roll outs with commercial awareness.

You will schedule, plan, analyse, and respond out of hours; investigate incidents; manage performance and recruitment; liaise with internal and external partners; and uphold health and safety standards within a 45-hour week.
