Hybrid IT Support Engineer – Remote 2-3 Days, Training

Set2Recruit is assisting a Gloucestershire-based MSP to recruit an IT Support Engineer. You’ll be the first port of call for incidents, handling tickets from log-through-to-resolution while moving the team toward proactive support.

You’ll resolve Microsoft 365 and desktop issues, triage tickets, and contribute to knowledge sharing. The role offers hybrid working with 2–3 days WFH and development opportunities within a collaborative team.
