To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications and skills:
- A recognised Social Work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, or equivalent).
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working in child protection or safeguarding, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and policies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
