ERP Project Manager – Onsite, Glasgow

• Own the ERP Improvement plan end to end – scope, milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Run a mix of waterfall and agile ways of working, choosing the right approach per phase/workstream
• Keep the team and stakeholders accountable to the plan, tracking progress and unblocking issues fast
• Report on status, risks, and decisions to leadership

Requirements

• Proven ERP project management experience, comfortable with both waterfall and agile methodologies
• Strong Stakeholder management skills
• Highly structured, organised, and able to hold a team to a plan
• Able to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
• Based in or able to commute to Glasgow 4-5 days a week
• Experience with Infor CloudSuite M3 is a bonus
