IT Support Technician (Level 1) — On‑Site MSP Career Growth

Alpha Associates Recruitment in Livingston is seeking an IT Support Technician (Level 1) for a growing MSP. It is a fully on-site, permanent role with a salary of up to £35,000, depending on experience.

You will provide 1st line IT support, troubleshoot hardware, software and networking, support users across client environments, assist with installations and projects, and develop skills in networking, security and infrastructure. Working hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00-17:30, on-site.
