IT Operations Lead: Service Delivery & Change (Onsite, Brighton)

Service Box in Central Brighton is seeking an IT Operations Coordinator to manage the day-to-day IT service delivery onsite. You will own the service desk, run health checks, and coordinate with technical leads and external partners to keep IT operations running smoothly.

You will also maintain the asset register, manage starter/leaver processes, and drive change management while ensuring security and governance across the organisation.
