IT Support Specialist – Power Tech for Care Homes

Silver Birch Care Holdings is seeking an IT Support Specialist to keep technology running across over 60 children’s homes, with regular travel to various sites from Finchley. You’ll handle day-to-day helpdesk, system administration for ClearCare, and network hardware across a distributed estate.

You will support Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365, manage incidents to SLAs, and ensure asset provisioning and security practices.
