Construction Health & Safety Lead

Vickerstock, on behalf of a leading UK construction contractor, is seeking a Health & Safety Advisor to manage projects across the Oxfordshire region. The role focuses on maintaining high safety standards and embedding best practice within project delivery.

You will work with project teams and subcontractors, conduct site inspections, review RAMS, investigate incidents, deliver training, and drive continuous improvement in safety culture.
