Responsible AI Strategy & Enablement Lead

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a high‑impact Responsible AI Strategic Enablement Lead to drive ethical AI adoption across its Platform and Business. This senior role will influence AI risk strategies, partner with Business and Platforms, and establish repeatable patterns for responsible AI controls across the Group.

Based in the UK with hybrid working, the successful candidate will guide the AI Centre of Excellence within the Chief Data & AI Office and help mature our hub-and-spoke enablement
