Energy Services Group, LLC, a Chorley-based software and services company, is seeking an Application Support Analyst to join our Service Operations team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and supporting the Titanium, Pricing & Billing Suite of ESG applications for energy market clients, with hybrid work and in-office training in Chorley.

You will provide frontline customer support, troubleshoot software issues, document incidents, and collaborate across infrastructure and product teams.
