Part 2 Architect – Up to 35K (DOE) – Birmingham

Our client is a long andestablished architectural practice with several regional offices.

Due to expansion and a newly opened studio in Birmingham, they are actively looking to recruitan enthusiastic, confident, well organisedand committed Part II Architectural Assistant to join theirteam and assist in the growth of the office.

Role & Responsibilities

• Assisting with the day-to-day delivery of projects, working in collaboration with the team.
• You mustbe able todemonstrate strong capabilities across RIBA stages 0-7.
• Assisting with the production of working drawings, schedules, specifications and building regulations information.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have completed RIBA Part 1 and 2.
• Demonstrate Part 1 working experience.
• Experience of working drawing packages is preferred.
• An understanding of planning and UK Building Regulations.
• Ability to use Revit.
• Experience of working collaboratively as part of a team.
• Must possess an eye for detail and design.
