TheneednowexistsforaSeniorProjectManagertoprojectleadamixeduseresidentialschemeinNorthWestLondon.
Theprojectconsistsof350unitswithcommercial,retail,carparkingandlandscape.Projectvalue80m.
ThepositionwillreportintotheConstructionDirector.
Ourclientisseekingapplicantswhohavepreviousexperienceinprojectleadingmixeduseresidentialdevelopmentsinexcessof80m.They’realsoseekingapplicantsthathavebeeninvolvedinplanning,design,preconstructionanddelivery.Itisessentialyouhavepreviouslyworkedforawellknowndeveloperorcontractor.
In return, our client is offering a basic salary between 110k – 120k + full package & bonus.
