We’re recruiting for a Multimedia Learning Designer / Developer to support a major transformation from traditional classroom-based training to innovative, digital-first learning solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the full learning lifecycle, from analysing requirements and designing learning experiences through to developing interactive content, videos, eLearning modules, and multimedia assets.
You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to turn complex operational topics into engaging, accessible, and impactful learning experiences while helping to shape best practice and improve training standards.
What You’ll Bring:
Experience developing eLearning and multimedia contentStrong Articulate Storyline and/or Evolve skillsAbility to simplify complex subjects into engaging learning solutionsExperience with video, graphics, and digital content creationStrong stakeholder management and project delivery skills
