Work Schedule & Flexibility3 to 5 days per week1 weekend day required (either Saturday or Sunday)
Salary & BenefitsUp to 65k depending on experienceGOC and ABDO fees covered
Clinical Requirements & GrowthMECS, Glaucoma, and Cataract accreditations (10-15% of appointments are glaucoma, MECS, and cataracts – and if you’re not already trained, they’ll fully support your training)IP qualification is highly desirable but not essentialOngoing support for further clinical development and CPDSupervisory OpportunityOpportunity to supervise pre-reg optometrists for those looking to develop leadership skills
