• About you

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar quantity surveying role
• Professional membership (RICS or equivalent) is desirable but not essential
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• What you’ll do

• Assist with detailed cost estimates and contribute to pre-construction planning
• Develop and maintain project budgets, ensuring strict cost control
• Support tender preparation and evaluate contractor bids
• Lead contract negotiations and monitor contractual obligations
• Conduct site visits to assess progress and quality, liaising with project teams
• Manage project scope changes and assess financial impacts
• Prepare final accounts and ensure accurate financial documentation
