Director, MWS Strategy & P&L Growth

Biffa Group is seeking a Business Director for IRM/MWS to lead the MWS business strategically, commercially and operationally on a national scale. You will own the MWS P&L and drive revenue, EBITDA and sustainable growth, guiding Regional General Managers and teams to deliver safe, compliant, high-performing operations.

You will build strong relationships across Biffa, especially with I&C Collections, champion MWS within Specialist Services and the wider group, and support tenders, mobilisations
