Finance Director – 4-Day Week, Growth in Robotics

Chiltern is seeking an experienced Finance Director to drive financial planning, reporting, systems and controls for a growing robotics engineering business.

This hands-on leader will work with the leadership team, Board and external advisers, shaping cash flow, forecasts, R&D tax credits and commercial analysis during a staged growth.

The role offers a 4-day week, hybrid working with at least two days in the Nottingham office.
