Site Operations Leader – AD Plant

Biogen UK Ltd is seeking a Site Manager to pro-actively run the whole site operation at Hoddesdon, ensuring safety, environmental standards and efficient output. The role involves people management, recruitment, and staff appraisals, with oversight of digestate stock and processing operations.

The candidate will lead maintenance, cost control and continuous improvement, with reporting to the leadership team and a requirement for weekend work and on-call duty as part of the rota.
