Alexander Steele are delighted to be working with an exciting new hospitality venue opening in Edinburgh City Centre. This premium 70/30 bar and restaurant concept is looking for a hands-on Venue General Manager to lead the launch and build a standout destination.

Responsibilities

n

• Take full ownership of the day-to-day operation across both bar and restaurant

n

• Lead, coach and inspire a high-performing front of house management team

n

• Drive sales, profitability and labour performance while maintaining exceptional standards

n

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience and build a loyal local following

n

• Recruit, train and develop a passionate hospitality team

n

• Manage stock, costs, compliance and operational performance across the venue

n

• Work closely with the owners to grow the business as if it were your own

n

• £40,000–£45,000 basic salary
