The Role
n
Reporting into the CFO, you'll split your time between office management and executive/business support responsibilities, ensuring the office runs efficiently while supporting senior stakeholders and the wider team.

Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Managing the day-to-day operations of a busy London office
- Overseeing facilities, suppliers, health & safety and workplace management
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding processes
- Providing diary management and executive support to the CFO
- Organising meetings, preparing schedules and coordinating travel arrangements
- Monitoring actions and deliverables across the team, ensuring deadlines are met
- Chasing stakeholders and maintaining momentum on key projects
- Assisting with cost reconciliations and supporting financial administration
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees, visitors and external partners
- Providing occasional reception cover when required

✅ About You
n
- n
- 2-3+ years' experience within Office Management, Executive Assistant, Team Assistant or Business Support roles
- Confident managing office operations and dealing with suppliers
- Strong diary management, scheduling and coordination skills
- Comfortable supporting senior executives and leadership teams
- Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills
- Confident enough to follow up with stakeholders and drive actions forward
- Professional, approachable and down-to-earth in your style
- Happy working in a fully office-based environment
