The Opportunity

n

We are seeking a proactive and ownership-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join a fast-paced supply chain operation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced supply chain professional who enjoys taking end-to-end ownership of processes, solving operational challenges, and driving continuous improvement across inventory, supplier management, and warehouse operations.

You will play a key role in ensuring inventory accuracy, supplier compliance, and operational efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

n

n

Inventory Management & Control

n

n

n
• Own end-to-end inventory accuracy, including cycle counts, stock reconciliations, and root cause analysis of discrepancies.

n

• Monitor inventory health metrics and proactively identify and escalate risks.

n

• Investigate inventory issues and implement corrective and preventative actions.

n

n

n

Supplier Compliance & Vendor Management

n

n

n
• Monitor supplier performance against service levels, lead times, and quality standards.

n

• Maintain supplier scorecards and support regular supplier performance reviews.

n

• Assist with supplier onboarding and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

n

• Identify opportunities to improve supplier performance and operational processes.

n

n

n

Operational Support & Issue Resolution

n

n

n
• Manage receiving and shipping exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.

n

• Act as a key point of contact for operational disruptions across inbound, outbound, and returns processes.

n

• Analyse operational performance and support the development and enhancement of KPIs and SLAs.

n

• Drive process improvements and implement sustainable solutions to recurring challenges

n

Collaboration & Continuous Improvement

n

n

n
• Work closely with internal stakeholders across supply chain, operations, and procurement functions.

n

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.

n

• Take ownership of initiatives from identification through to implementation and measurable results.

n

n

n

Required Experience

n

n

n
• 4 to 5 years' experience within logistics, supply chain, warehouse operations, inventory management, or a similar environment.

n

• Experience managing inventory processes including cycle counts, stock adjustments, reconciliation, and ageing analysis.

n

• Background in supplier management, SLA monitoring, and compliance activities.

n

• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

n

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

n

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver operational improvements.

n

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

n

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take ownership of outcomes.

n

Desirable Skills & Experience

n

n

n
• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.

n

• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.

n

• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

n

• Experience using reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.

n

• Familiarity with project management tools and agile working practices.

n

• Experience within e-commerce, fulfilment, or high-growth operational environments.

n
