Growth Director — Equity & Strategy Leader

nPlan, a Series B startup backed by Google Ventures, is seeking a Head of Growth to own the customer journey from awareness to loyalty. You will lead a ~7-person team across marketing and BDR, shaping strategy, execution, and pipeline outcomes.

You’ll build a programmatic growth engine across ABM, events, content, and outbound, report to the CEO, and sit on the senior leadership team. Equity is a significant part of the package.
