Senior Leader, User Research & Insight Strategy

The Government Recruitment Service, part of the Department for Business, Innovation, Science and Trade (BIST), in Cardiff, is seeking a Head of User Research to lead the profession across BIST, set high standards and advocate for ethical, inclusive research practice.

This role splits roughly 50:50 between Head of Profession responsibilities and individual contributor work, coaching others, shaping research strategy, enabling teams, and ensuring evidence informs service delivery.
