Finance Closedown Lead – Accounts & Audit

London Borough of Waltham Forest is seeking a Head of Finance (Closedown) to lead the end-to-end closedown process and manage the non-capital side of the Statement of Accounts. The role requires strong technical accounting skills and the ability to coordinate stakeholders and the timetable.

Applicants should be fully qualified accountants (CIPFA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA) or near qualification with a plan to complete within 9 months, and must have ongoing professional development.
