Charity Finance Leader: Strategy, Audit & Impact

Hamilton Barber Recruitment is assisting a reputable charity in appointing a Head of Finance. You will lead the day-to-day finance function and contribute to the organisation’s financial strategy, reporting to the Director of Finance & Resources and acting as Deputy on financial matters.

You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, statutory compliance, audit and payroll, while developing a high-performing Finance team and building strong cross-organisational relationships.
