Trade Loyalty & Growth Strategy Lead

GSF Car Parts LTD in Wolverhampton is seeking a senior leader to own and relaunch the trade loyalty programme. You will drive strategy, oversee end-to-end delivery and partner with Finance, Data & Analytics, and Marketing to change customer behaviour.

This hybrid role is based at our Wolverhampton HQ, 40 hours per week, with responsibility for stakeholder engagement and measurable performance improvements across retention and tier levels.
